The research has been conducted to identify the level of stress and the solution to reduce the stress level of science class III students facing U N in schools in 3 districts of West Sumatera province namely Pasaman, Pesisir Selatan and Sijunjung from June to December 2009. This research utilizes iridology. Iridology is an iris diagnostic technique that is able to reflect health and emotional conditions such as stress levels in humans. It is applied in the field of education to identify stress levels of grade 3 high school students facing UN and stress reduction solutions with brain-based motivation training. To identify the students’ stress level, observation of student’s iris before the training. Furthermore, to see the effect of training the iris recovered level of stress after the training. The result of this research is able to show the students’ stress level that is mild to moderate and the training can decrease and change the stress level of 111 IPA grade students in 3 SMA N in 3 regencies around 32 – 100%.
